A Scan Day has been scheduled for Saturday, July 30, between noon and 6 p.m. at the museum. As a benefit of membership, JCHS member may have five free scans with regular fees charged for more than five scans. Scanning fees will also be waived for anyone who wishes to donate to the museum a digital copy of your item(s) which are not already in the museum’s collection. Scans will be sent to your personal email as an attachment. If you wish to have items printed, regular printing fees will apply.

With our IQ FLEX flatbed scanner, our staff is able to scan items from smaller than 11” by 17” and up to newspaper page size.

JCHS members are asked to call the museum to set up an appointment on this day. Museum staff will be available to do the scanning. When making an appointment, please know the number of items you have to be scanned.
