The Jay County Historical Society has been awarded a grant in the amount of $5,000 from The Portland Foundation. This will be used to help support the Heritage Festival so that admission and many activities at the festival can be offered free of charge. It will be applied toward entertainment, children’s activities, advertising, etc.
