The October issue of the Jay County Journal will be a week late because of the Heritage Festival.

The Jay County Journal is published monthly by the Jay County Historical Society, Inc.  It is available to our members monthly by U.S. mail or e-mail.  Single issues are available at the museum for $1.50 per copy.
