Work Continues at the Museum |
As we enter the new year, work is continuing at the museum. Floor coverings will be replaced in most of the front part of the museum, thanks to a $25,000 Heritage Support Grant. "Only Jay" Shirts $15 |
The bright red “Only Jay in the USA” t-shirts have been selling well. An order for eight shirts was sent to California before Christmas. These shirts tell everyone that Jay County, which was named after the first Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, John Jay, is the only Jay County in the United States. Officers Elected |

Dates Established |
Since it is not known when the remodeling work at the museum will be completed, the Board of Directors only set the following two dates for 2024: The Heritage Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29. Look What's on Display! |
Two new displays are now at the museum. One is celebrating the 65th anniversary of the Jay-Randolph Developmental Services. The other high-lights the town of Salamonia. Jay-Randolph Developmental Services is a private non-profit com-munity social service agency serving people with developmental disabilities.
